欢迎使用灵魂一问（Resono）。本协议是您与灵魂一问运营方（以下简称"我们"）之间关于使用本服务的法律协议。请您在使用本服务前仔细阅读本协议的全部内容。如果您不同意本协议的任何条款，请立即停止使用本服务。

一、服务说明

灵魂一问是一款基于每日深度提问的社交问答应用，通过 AI 技术为用户提供个性化情绪分析和心灵解析。主要功能包括：

每日问题推送与回答记录
AI 驱动的回答解析与情绪分析
匿名社区分享与互动（共鸣、评论、收藏）
历史回答日历与数据统计
个性化灵魂画像与情感轨迹
会员订阅服务（含每月 150 灵魂碎片发放等特权）
灵魂碎片系统（用于补签、周度深度解析等）

二、账号管理

2.1 账号注册

您可以通过手机号码或邮箱地址注册账号。注册即表示您同意本协议的全部条款。未注册的手机号或邮箱在验证后将被自动注册。

2.2 账号安全

您有责任妥善保管账号信息和验证凭证。因账号信息泄露导致的任何损失由您自行承担。如发现账号异常，请立即通知我们。

2.3 账号注销

您可以在设置中申请注销账号。注销后，您的所有个人数据将被永久删除，此操作不可撤销。

三、用户行为规范

3.1 内容发布

您在使用本服务时发布的内容（包括但不限于文字、图片）应符合法律法规和公序良俗，不得包含以下内容：

违反中国法律法规的信息
危害国家安全、泄露国家秘密的信息
色情、暴力、赌博、毒品等相关内容
侮辱、诽谤、骚扰、歧视性内容
侵犯他人知识产权或隐私权的内容
垃圾广告、恶意营销信息
其他违反社会公序良俗的内容

3.2 账号使用

您不得利用本服务从事以下行为：

恶意注册多个账号
使用自动化工具（爬虫、脚本等）操作本服务
干扰、破坏本服务的正常运行
以任何方式反向工程、反编译本应用的代码

如发现您违反上述规范，我们有权不经通知删除违规内容或暂停/终止您的账号。

四、虚拟商品与订阅服务

4.1 商品类型

本应用通过 Apple App Store 提供以下类型的虚拟商品：

自动续期订阅：月度会员，订阅后每月自动续费，并发放 150 灵魂碎片。
消耗品：灵魂碎片包，一次性购买获得 30 灵魂碎片。

4.2 灵魂碎片

灵魂碎片是本应用内的虚拟货币，不可兑换为任何法定货币。获取途径包括：

新用户注册赠送 100 碎片
每日打卡回答获得 1-5 碎片（根据连续天数）
会员订阅每月发放 150 碎片
通过 Apple IAP 直接购买碎片包

灵魂碎片的消耗途径：

补签（补卡）：消耗 1 碎片，补写当月遗漏日期的回答
周度深度解析：消耗 30 碎片，调用 AI 生成上周问答的深度分析报告

灵魂碎片余额不可转让、不可提现。账号注销后，剩余碎片将自动清零，不予补偿。

4.3 自动续费机制

月度会员为自动续期订阅。在当期订阅周期结束前 24 小时内，Apple 将自动从您的 iTunes 账户扣费续订，除非您在扣费前至少 24 小时关闭自动续费。

4.4 取消订阅

您可随时通过以下路径取消自动续费：iOS 设备「设置」→「Apple ID」→「订阅」→ 选择「灵魂一问（Resono）」→「取消订阅」。

取消后，当前已支付的订阅周期将继续有效至到期日，到期后不再续费且不会自动退款。

4.5 退款政策

所有通过 Apple App Store 进行的购买，退款处理由 Apple 全权负责。如需退款，请访问 Apple 官方退款页面（https://reportaproblem.apple.com）。灵魂碎片一旦使用，概不退款。

4.6 价格变更

我们保留调整订阅价格的权利。价格变更将在下一续费周期生效。如您不同意价格调整，可在下一续费周期前取消订阅。

4.7 Apple 标准许可协议

本服务的订阅和购买行为须遵守 Apple 的最终用户标准许可协议：https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

五、用户生成内容

您在本服务中发布的回答、评论等内容，您保留内容的所有权。您授予我们全球范围内的、免费的、非独家的许可，以便我们在本服务中展示、分享和合理使用这些内容。

我们不保证用户生成内容的准确性、完整性或可靠性。您应对自行发布的内容承担全部责任。

六、知识产权

本应用（包括但不限于软件、设计、界面、代码、图标、文字）的所有知识产权归我们所有。未经我们书面许可，您不得复制、修改、传播或创建衍生作品。

七、隐私保护

我们高度重视您的隐私保护。我们收集和使用的个人信息将严格遵守相关法律法规及《隐私政策》的规定。详细内容请查看我们的隐私政策。

八、免责声明

本服务提供的 AI 解析内容仅供参考，不构成任何形式的专业建议（包括但不限于心理咨询、医疗诊断等）。
我们不对因使用或无法使用本服务所造成的任何损失承担责任。
我们会尽力保证服务的稳定性和连续性，但不对因不可抗力导致的服务中断承担责任。
灵魂碎片作为虚拟商品，一经消耗（包括但不限于用于补签、周度深度解析等），不予退还。

九、第三方服务

本服务的购买功能仅通过 Apple App Store（App Store In-App Purchase）完成。Apple 是您在本服务中进行任何购买交易的支付服务商。您使用 Apple App Store 的行为须遵守 Apple 的相关服务条款和隐私政策。

此外，本服务可能集成其他第三方服务（包括但不限于微信分享等）。您在使用这些服务时，需同时遵守相关第三方的服务条款和隐私政策。我们对任何第三方服务的可用性、可靠性或内容不承担责任。

十、协议变更

我们可能会不时修改本协议。修改后的协议将在发布后生效。如您继续使用本服务，即表示您同意受修订后协议的约束。重大变更我们将通过应用内通知等方式告知您。

十一、法律适用与争议解决

本协议的订立、执行和解释均适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议引起的或与之相关的争议，双方应首先友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方可向被告所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

对于您通过 Apple App Store 下载、安装和使用的本应用，您与我们确认并同意以下条款：

协议主体：本协议仅在您与我们之间订立，苹果公司（Apple Inc.，以下简称"Apple"）并非本协议的参与方，Apple 不对本应用及其内容承担任何责任。
许可范围：授予您的本应用使用许可仅限于不可转让的许可，允许您在您拥有或控制的任何 Apple 品牌产品上使用本应用，且该使用须符合 Apple 媒体服务条款中规定的使用规则（Usage Rules）。
维护与支持：我们独自负责提供本应用的维护和支持服务（如有）。您与我们均确认，Apple 没有任何义务提供关于本应用的任何维护和支持服务。
保证与退款：如果本应用未能符合任何适用的保证（无论明示或法律默示），您可通知 Apple，Apple 将在适用法律允许的最大范围内向您退还本应用的购买价格（如有）。除此之外，Apple 在适用法律允许的最大范围内不承担任何其他保证义务，且因未能符合任何保证而产生的任何其他索赔、损失、责任、损害或费用均由我们独自承担。

User Agreement

Welcome to Resono (灵魂一问). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of Resono ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Service. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree to any terms, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Service Description

Resono is a social Q&A platform featuring daily introspective questions, offering personalized emotional analysis and soul reflection through AI technology. Key features include:

Daily question delivery and answer recording
AI-powered answer analysis and emotional insights
Anonymous community sharing and interaction (resonate, comment, favorite)
Historical answer calendar and data statistics
Personalized soul profile and emotional journey tracking
Membership subscription service (includes 150 monthly Soul Shards and more)
Soul Shards system (used for retroactive answers, weekly deep analysis, etc.)

2. Account Management

2.1 Registration

You may register using your phone number or email address. Registration constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement. Unregistered phone numbers or emails will be automatically registered upon verification.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized activity.

2.3 Account Deletion

You may request account deletion in Settings. Upon deletion, all personal data will be permanently removed and this action is irreversible.

3. User Conduct

3.1 Content Guidelines

Content you post (including text and images) must comply with applicable laws and community standards. Prohibited content includes:

Content that violates applicable laws or regulations
Content that endangers national security or discloses state secrets
Pornographic, violent, gambling, or drug-related content
Harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, or abusive content
Content infringing upon intellectual property or privacy rights
Spam, malicious marketing, or unsolicited promotional content
Any other content that violates generally accepted social norms

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Create multiple accounts for malicious purposes
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application

Violation of these rules may result in content removal or account suspension/termination without prior notice.

4. Virtual Goods and Subscription Services

4.1 Product Types

This app offers the following types of virtual goods through the Apple App Store:

Auto-Renewable Subscription: Monthly Membership, which auto-renews each month and grants 150 Soul Shards.
Consumable: Soul Shards Pack, a one-time purchase providing 30 Soul Shards.

4.2 Soul Shards

Soul Shards are in-app virtual currency and are not redeemable for any fiat currency. Ways to earn Soul Shards include:

100 shards as a new user registration gift
1-5 shards for daily check-in answers (based on consecutive days)
150 shards granted monthly with membership subscription
Direct purchase via Apple IAP

Ways to spend Soul Shards:

Retroactive Answer: Spend 1 shard to backfill a missed date's answer within the current month
Weekly Deep Analysis: Spend 30 shards to trigger an AI-generated weekly analysis report

Soul Shards are non-transferable and non-withdrawable. Upon account deletion, any remaining shards will be forfeited without compensation.

4.3 Auto-Renewal Mechanism

The Monthly Membership is an auto-renewable subscription. Within 24 hours before the current period ends, Apple will automatically charge your iTunes account for renewal, unless you disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the charge.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time via: iOS "Settings" → "Apple ID" → "Subscriptions" → select "Resono (灵魂一问)" → "Cancel Subscription."

After cancellation, the current paid subscription period remains active until expiration. No automatic refund will be issued.

4.5 Refund Policy

All purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple for refund processing. To request a refund, please visit Apple's official refund support page (https://reportaproblem.apple.com). Soul Shards are non-refundable once consumed.

4.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Price changes will take effect at the next renewal cycle. If you do not agree to a price adjustment, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal.

4.7 Apple Standard License Agreement

All subscriptions and purchases within this Service are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (answers, comments, etc.). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, share, and reasonably use this content within the Service.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content. You bear full responsibility for content you post.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the application (including software, design, interface, code, icons, text) belong to us. Without our written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.

7. Privacy Protection

We take your privacy seriously. All personal information collected and used will comply with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

AI analysis provided by the Service is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice (including but not limited to psychological counseling or medical diagnosis).
We shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
We strive to ensure service stability but are not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure.
Soul Shards, as virtual goods, are non-refundable once consumed (including but not limited to retroactive answers, weekly deep analysis, etc.).

9. Third-Party Services

All purchases within this Service are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store In-App Purchase system. Apple is the payment service provider for any transactions made within this Service. Your use of the Apple App Store is subject to Apple's terms of service and privacy policy.

The Service may also integrate other third-party services (including WeChat Share, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or content of any third-party services.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Updated terms will become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be notified through in-app notifications or other means.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court in the defendant's domicile.

13. Special Terms for Apple

For the App downloaded, installed, and used by you through the Apple App Store, you and we acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Parties to the Agreement: This Agreement is concluded solely between you and us. Apple Inc. ("Apple") is not a party to this Agreement and has no responsibility for the App or its content.
Scope of License: The license granted to you for the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms of Service.
Maintenance and Support: We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App (if any). You and we acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
Warranty and Refunds: In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty (whether express or implied by law), you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App (if any) to you to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be our sole responsibility.
Product Claims: You and we acknowledge that we, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims of you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of that App, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
Intellectual Property Infringement: In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of that App infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Third-Party Terms of Agreement: You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App (e.g., your wireless data service agreement).
Third-Party Beneficiary: You and we acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
