5.3 自动续费机制
月度会员为自动续期订阅服务。在当期订阅周期结束前 24 小时内,Apple 将自动从您的 iTunes 账户中扣费续订,除非您在扣费前至少 24 小时在 Apple ID 设置中关闭自动续费。
5.4 管理订阅与取消续费
您可以在购买后随时按照以下步骤管理或取消订阅:
- 打开 iOS 设备的「设置」应用
- 点击顶部的「Apple ID」
- 选择「订阅」
- 找到「灵魂一问(Resono)」并管理或取消订阅
取消后,当前已支付的订阅周期将继续有效至到期日,到期后不再续费。
5.5 退款政策
所有通过 Apple App Store 进行的购买(包括自动续期订阅和消耗品),其退款处理由 Apple 全权负责。如需申请退款,请访问 Apple 官方退款支持页面(https://reportaproblem.apple.com)。虚拟商品(灵魂碎片)一旦使用,概不退款。

六、您的权利
根据适用的法律法规,您享有以下权利:

七、儿童隐私保护

You may revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings. Disabling permissions may affect related features but will not impact basic functionality.

3.1 Storage Location

4. Information Sharing

- App Store In-App Purchases: When you purchase a membership subscription or Soul Shards through the Apple App Store, we submit order information to Apple's servers for receipt verification to ensure the validity and security of the transaction. We do not share your personal information with any third-party payment platforms.
- Legal Requirements: When required by applicable law, legal process, or government authorities.
- With your explicit consent.
5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
5.1 Auto-Renewable Subscription
This app offers an Apple App Store Auto-Renewable Subscription (Monthly Membership). Upon successful subscription, you receive:
- Membership status identifier
- 150 Soul Shards granted monthly
5.2 Consumable Purchases
You may purchase Soul Shards packs through the Apple App Store to receive 30 Soul Shards. Soul Shards are in-app virtual currency used for:
- Retroactive Answers: Spend 1 shard to backfill an answer for a missed date within the current month
- Weekly Deep Analysis: Spend 30 shards to trigger an AI-powered weekly analysis report
5.3 Auto-Renewal Mechanism
The Monthly Membership is an auto-renewable subscription. Within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends, Apple will automatically charge your iTunes account for renewal, unless you turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the charge.
5.4 Managing Subscriptions and Cancellation
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time after purchase by following these steps:
- Open the "Settings" app on your iOS device
- Tap your "Apple ID" at the top
- Select "Subscriptions"
- Find "Resono (灵魂一问)" and manage or cancel the subscription
After cancellation, the current paid subscription period remains active until its expiration date; it will not renew afterward.
5.5 Refund Policy
All purchases made through the Apple App Store (including auto-renewable subscriptions and consumables) are handled by Apple for refund processing. To request a refund, please visit Apple's official refund support page (https://reportaproblem.apple.com). Virtual goods (Soul Shards) are non-refundable once consumed.
5.6 Standard License Agreement

6. Your Rights
Under applicable laws, you have the following rights:
- Access: You may view your profile, answer history, and interaction records at any time.
- Correction: You may modify your nickname, signature, and avatar in Settings.
- Deletion: You may delete your answers and comments, or request account deletion to remove all personal information.
- Withdraw Consent: You may revoke permissions in your device settings.
- Account Deletion: You may request account deletion in Settings.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 14. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 14, we will promptly delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used our Service without your consent, please contact us.
